Entry Requirements

You must have a good first degree (2.1 or better) in an appropriate Physical Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry, or other relevant discipline.

Applying

To apply for a PhD position, please submit a CV and covering letter to Professor Andy Harvey at i-sensing-measurement@glasgow.ac.uk. Please include transcripts of your academic record if you have them available. Your covering letter should list specific projects that are of most interest to you and highlight how your experience and interests are pertinent to these projects. A list of our projects can be found here*.

Deadlines for applications are as follows:

  • 30th June 2017

Early applications are encouraged. We will normally interview applicants in small groups in the month following each deadline.
